Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@zoalin.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Handling Fee
For customer-initiated returns, a 15% return handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@zoalin.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including used, worn, washed, damaged, customized, personalized, final-sale items, and gift cards.
For hygiene reasons, some accessories or personal items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable laws. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
For approved customer-initiated returns, the 15% return handling/restocking fee and any non-refundable original shipping fees will be deducted before the refund is issued.
